You can show up to any class. All classes are for all levels. Bring a water bottle, towel, and either rent or purchase a yoga mat. It is best to practice yoga on a 2/3 empty stomach. Please refrain from using heavy perfumes, lotions, and smoking before class.

Due to limited space, only class participants will be allowed during class time.
